Decolonialidade e farmacolonialidade
o caso da maconha no Brasil

Resumo
O presente trabalho almeja refletir sobre a possibilidade da abertura de novas perspectivas interpretativas sobre a história da maconha no Brasil. Para tanto, amparamo-nos na influência teórica da História do Tempo Presente, na concepção da reinterpretação do passado atentando para a influência do presente e os usos políticos do passado. Conjuntamente, ambicionamos articular estas ideias com as ideias decoloniais do grupo Modernidade/Colonialidade (M/C), e também com a ideia mais recente de farmacolonialidade, apontando para as influências da racionalidade eurocêntrica na construção dos saberes sobre a maconha, seus usos e usuários no território brasileiro ao longo da história.

Abstract
The present work aims to reflect on the possibility of opening new interpretative perspectives on the history of marijuana in Brazil. To this end, we draw on the theoretical influence of the History of Present Time, in the conception of reinterpretation of the past, paying attention to the influence of the present and the political uses of the past. Together, we aim to articulate these ideas with the decolonial ideas of the Modernity/Coloniality (M/C) group, and also with the more recent idea of pharmacoloniality, pointing to the influences of Eurocentric rationality in the construction of knowledge about marijuana, its uses and users in the Brazilian territory throughout history.
