The present article aims to demonstrate how the greek concept polis, mainly the descritption made by Aristotle in his treatise about politics, was used by the young Hegel in his critique about the modern contratualism. We aim to elucidate in what aspect the notion of polis could be explored by the autor in his concept Eticity, highlighting the intersubjectivity as a central feature in the Hegel´s political theory at the time of his writings in Jena.
