Philosophical anthroplogy, ethics and law in Lima Vaz

Abstract

The article attempts to expose some structuring elements of the thought of Brazilian philosopher Lima Vaz. As a systematic thinker, we will take a Hegelian approach to Lima Vaz's thinking that exposes his philosophy through the dialectical logic of the Doctrine of the Concept. The methodical structure follows the systematic tracks of dialectical thinking. In the first part we expose some elements of Philosophical Anthropology in the highlight of its dialectical structure. In the second part we expose some notions about Ethics, with emphasis on its categorical structuring. Finally, in a deduction from Anthropology and Ethics, we outline the fundamental lines of law as a rule of social relations. As a method of work, it will be highlighted the background of the Hegelian dialectic present in Lima Vaz, which organizes his thinking from the categories of universality, particularity and uniqueness.
